APA VA Chesapeake Section Event

Andrew McRoberts, Sands, Anderson, Marks & Miller, will present the topic “How to Do Zoning and Not Get Sued or Win if You Do” which is the same topic that he will present at the CPEAV conference October 11. He is a veteran land use attorney and currently is legal counsel to Stafford County’s Board of Zoning Appeals. There may be additional time to discuss proffers, tdrs, or pdrs as time permits.

We will meet in the 1st floor (2nd level from parking lot) A/B/C conference room in the Stafford County Administration Building, 1300 Courthouse Road, I95 exit 140 east at the intersection of Courthouse Road and Rt. 1, Jefferson Davis Hwy.
