Do you want to learn more about what drives the Eastern Shore from a planning perspective? Would you like to learn about the latest development projects, coastal planning, eco-tourism, environmental planning projects, and much more?

If you’re thinking “I don’t live on the Eastern Shore; There’s nothing in this for me,” think again.

This one and a half day Symposium will focus on three main topics:

• Planning
• Development
• Tourism

There will be sessions led by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Accomack County Economic and Community Development, Assateague National Wildlife Refuge, Eastern Shore Tourism Commission, and more.

The optional Saturday session is a mobile session on the Chincoteague bicycle plan. This session also qualifies for CM credit.
