The nationally acclaimed NAIOP Northern Virginia Bus Tour will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2009.
It will be the Inside the Beltway version – focusing on the eastern parts of Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, and places in between. If you have available space in this market you need to be involved in the Bus Tour.
Submarkets will include Springfield, Eisenhower Avenue, Carlyle, Old Town, Potomac Yard, Crystal City, I-395, Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, Tysons Corner and Merrifield. Office and industrial projects, new construction, site plan approved projects, and major blocks of new or relet space of 30,000 contiguous square feet or more will be the highlights of the tour.
