Monthly Webcasts For CM Credits
The Virginia Chapter has partnered with other APA chapters throughout the United States to offer these no cost monthly webcasts that can be accessed directly from any registered computer. Transportation is the backbone of many State’s economy and impacts the public’s quality of life every day. The current method for funding and managing transportation is broken, resulting in ever increasing congestion, wasted fuel, environmental degradation and a lack of meaningful choices for the public. This multimedia presentation will present a new paradigm on how to fund and manage transportation in a manner that is sustainable and responsible. Highlights of sustainable I- 95 Managed Lanes project will be discussed. Speakers: Matthew Click, AICP – Cambridge Systematics and Aileen Boucle, AICP – Florida Department of Transportation. Qualifies for 1.5 CM credits.
