Please spread the word about our workshop on how to conserve natural resources in the developing landscape to be held in Richmond VA.. Registration is only $30 and includes a chef-catered lunch. New tools for calculating the benefits of conserving natural assets will be featured including the Dept of Forestry's new InFOREST Tool.
Plan to attend this one-day workshop Nov. 17th in Richmond Va and learn how to apply new design and legal tools for maximizing conservation value in rural, suburban and urban landscapes. Learn how to conserve ecological values while also creating developments that are greener and cleaner. Redevelopment and regreening of the already built environment will also be covered.
This workshop is targeted to development and design professionals and planners as well as those from the conservation community who want new tools to convince developers and builders to create greener designs that consume less of the landscape while creating healthier and more beautiful communities.
