Annual Conference
The APA Virginia Board announces the next annual conference:
Monday, May 3 through Wednesday, May 5, 2010
Sheraton Waterside, Norfolk
You are invited to submit a proposal for a conference session until November 30, 2009. Please note
the form must be complete and sent via email to vaplanning@comcast.net (APA-Virginia’s Chapter Office) Please direct any inquiries to the Chapter Office or vpchapteraffairs@apavirginia.org. AICP Certification Maintenance credit will be requested for each session.
Please use the Application for APA Virginia Chapter Sponsored Sessions and AICP Certification Maintenance (CM) Program Credits form to submit your session proposal.
Interactive, non-traditional session format is encouraged as are the topics of redevelopment, transit, economic development, infill development, sustainable design, technology, technical skills for development evaluation, Community Development Authorities, Tax Increment Financing, and innovative transit options. Please feel free to submit on any relevant topic, however, and please contact Liz Friel, vpchapteraffairs@apavirginia.org if there is a session you would like to see at the conference.
